In the framework of the project “Lhi-Lna II” that is about to start implementing, an open summer workshop will take place in the Municipality of Almopia. Fourteen students of Architecture Schools from Greece and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia will be chosen after an open call. They will be hosted in Almopia and guided by two professional mentors in order to propose ways of revitalization of the sites that were documented during the project “Lhi-Lna”. The workshop will be covered by social media as a way of crowd sourcing documentation.

The ultimate goal of the workshop is the study of the cultural and natural sites as places of attraction, reinforcing local development and raising the awareness for their protection.

There is no participation fee or any other financial contribution by the participants. 

Covered expenses for Transportation from/to Thessaloniki, Accommodation, Full board, Design supplies and One-day touring in Almopia.
